@michaelpinda, the trick to getting a good cut is first and foremost to find the best source. The sources you're cutting out from don't seem to be big enough, and your cutting technique isn't the best yet, which inevitably leads to cuts which aren't of a very high quality, unfortunately. Until you refine your cutting technique, best to stick to requests for now. At the moment, the longest that requests are left waiting is 1-2 weeks maximum, and usually less if they're easy to cut, so you won't have to wait too long
In the meantime, I'll upload better cuts for this guy
