I search a file with Real Fixtures and Results for FM19 and i download the file of FrankTheTank87
I put the result for 30 leagues (take a look at the screenshots to see what leagues have the real results)
For the championships which have 2 phase, only the results of the 1st phase are taken into account.
There is a bug with the French play-off in L2-National, the clubs meet the INF Clairefontaine almost every time, I try to do my best to solve the problem.
There are 3 championships still in play (Liga 123, 2.Liga Austria and the Uruguayan championship) and the second phase, playoff and cup with which we can not interact
As the editor does not allow to have a date beyond May, here is the last update
To begin the 27/05/19 take the Sortitoutsi.net League (take a look at the screenshots)

you would have to start the game many times to get those teams to be in the finals it is possible I got it to work last year took about 100 new saves to get there but if you want the right teams set as winners just use the promotion file -(its not ideal as you start 18/19 as it is 19/20 but you get all the right teams in right comp)

its this file you need if you want that to happen...its impossible to get all that using real results which has been explained many times
use this if you want correct teams promoted/winners of cups correct etc etc

Atalanta should be in the UCL using either file they finished 3rd in Serie A so an automatic group stage in the UCL using which ever file you want
however your OP asked about various cup winners and you cant get those using the real result file

As already said, I can not do anything for that. I can just interact with the results of the championships.

With this update you will start the game on May 27, 2019.
There is an update that can make you start the game with the championship and the cups of Europe of the season 2019-2020 but you will start the game in 2018.
I use as update only that of the site with only the file "live changes"
