Football Manager 2013 Demo

The Football Manager 2013 Demo will likely be out 2 weeks before the actual release date of Football Manager 2013. We anticipate this to be in the 3rd or 4th week of October, so expect the FM2013 Demo to be released in the first 2 weeks of October.

The FM2011 Demo was released on October 6th, so expect a similar date for the FM13 Demo.

The Football Manager 2013 Demo should allow you to play half a season, to give you a taster of the new FM2013 features.

If you start a career in FM2013, it should be compatible with the full game when you finally buy it. So you can start managing with the FM2013 Demo and then continue with that same career when the full version of Football Manager 2013 is released.

Yes we'll let you know when and where you can download the FM2013 demo when it is available. At the moment it has not been released unfortunately.0

Those dates sound pretty optimistic. Why do they say 'Before Christmas' instead of simply 'October' or 'November'?

They always say before Christmas, they're just covering their backs. They say it every year and it's (nearly) always released in October

It certainly should be the best addition of the game to date!

Yeah it will, it'd be pretty pointless having a demo if it didn't have all the features to... well "demonstrate"

Those who have pre-ordered get to play the demo two weeks ahead of release. Which is a pain in the arse but clever marketing I guess. I swear back when it was strawberry and vanilla demo's they were like a whole month or so before release.

Pre-orders don't get the demo, they get access to the beta version of the game which contains everything from the full game except network games.

So, you pay for "beta"....... or pre-order whatever, still paying.. yet people get a version which is probably the same the "demo" with the only difference being, the demo will last for just 6months? What a joke of a "deal"

I won't get through 6months, in a week anyway. I struggled to do a full season in the whole year ffs

I fail to see why anyone would even bother going to the trouble of doing that, alot of people will have already pre-ordered too, so the timing of them telling you this information is mind boggling.

In the beta you will be able to set up more leagues than just the quick starts which are available in the demo.

I pre purchased FM13 couple of weeks ago and received my code today. Entered it onto steam and it told me that i cant download yet. so i closed steam and changed my clock time on my laptop to 4am Friday 19th - restarted steam and now i'm downloaded fm13!!

maybe its just generally available 2/3 hours early or this clock change works.

give it a go!
