I much prefer that source than the one you have cut, to be honest. It might be a year older, but it's front-facing and will certainly provide a better depiction of the guy's face rather than the completed cut. It's nothing to do with the cut itself, which is fine, but the better the source, the better the cut will be.

I knew very well that you wouldn't like my cut, but I did it anyway.In the second photo, simply, Jallow doesn't look like him (swollen face, skin color, etc.)

As a rule of thumb, unless the original cut is very old or a very poor quality, I tend to prefer retaining a cut where the guy is looking at the camera (or just a little bit to the side) rather than one where half his face is hidden and he is looking far away from the camera. And, like I said, the cut itself isn't bad, it's just that the source is taken from isn't ideal...
