Good work @Sajzik., but in the future, please try not to keep such a large gap between the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the cut. 2-3 pixels should be enough.
In sources like this where the person in the image has a longer neck than usual and the collar is much lower than the chin, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. This video & this post displays a simple technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar
