As already explained here. Update packs are released periodically, usually every 3-4 weeks or so. These update packs collect all new and improved images released individually and in packs throughout the previous period into 1 easy-to-download and easy-to-install file.

So, once the next update pack is released, the respective entry in the sortitoutsi database will see the addition of the face, but not until then...
