Actually, I don't see what's wrong with his current cutout (that's already in the MP). It's been cut on november using a recent pic and it's way better than the one you posted.

In the future, please take the time to read the guidelines to making improvement requests. There are 5 simple, straight-forward points and the source you have requested looks to have followed none of them. The guidelines are there for a reason: to save requesters time unnecessarily spent looking for sources which won't be cut and to save cutters time unnecessarily spent cutting sources which won't be added to the megapack.
