Any idea why all loans have been cancelled? (Victor Moses not Fenerbache). I can't work out which file is causing this

If you're playing FM20, this file is for FM19 so far, and so some of the changes may not work as intended.

I believe the latest version of the official data includes Mourinho at Spurs, but do check to be sure
