@Zefph, here's my version:
The source is big enough for 250x250. Also, while care should be taken to avoid the chicken-neck effect and each cut should include a little bit of collar, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. This video & this post display a simple technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar.
well i wasted my time i guess. I'll just use all the youth cuts for Silkeborg myself and not post them here.... thanks for killing my motivation and the time i've spent...just wanted to help...

I'm sorry you feel like that, it wasn't my intention at all - it was just a list of things which could be improved. I took the time on a Saturday morning to recut them and provide feedback not to dishearten you but to guide you towards improving your cutting technique with a view to ensuring your cuts in the future are as good as they can be
Rest assured, there's nobody more grateful than me to people who take the time to get involved. But nobody's first cut was perfect and I don't think my feedback was harsh or offensive.

I guess, I took it the wrong way then. Thank you, mons. I'll try to improve.

No worries, I didn't want you to be offended. When you're making cuts, it may be a good idea to post your work in the comments before uploading it as completed, so that we can give you practical feedback
Do take the time to read this post on guidelines and tips on how to improve your cuts

@Zefph, I'm re-opening to request so that you can attempt this great source (if you're interested). It should be quite easy to do as it's high-quality and with a clear background; pretty much the ideal source
It should result in a better cut than the one I did, for sure
