Is it possible to get a refund for FM20 bought on this site, my laptops way to slow I really should've tried the demo first before purchasing.

I don’t want the premium subscription (Please refund).

I was unaware I was still subscribed and loved the game when I played it but I no longer play it, I have tried to cancel through PayPal but it won’t let me, my email address is [email protected]
