Im Also having this problem. i have purchased game and have no code. it says pending on code. and not in spam folder.

I echo this as my plan was to download last night ready to play after work today, if it’s not ready to download by 5 I’ll be requesting a refund so I can purchase through steam direct

I Will be requesting a refund if i dont get it soon too,as i have same plan please can you help me with this too

@Footygamer Unfortunately same issue for me, purchased 2 1/2 hours ago, top of the page https://sortitoutsi.net/shop says Status Completed but Steam Code: Pending.

Could you take a look and fix it?

I'll tag @Footygamer as will just be a glitch with the cue for codes and he can usually fix it very quickly once he's aware of it.

Apologies there was an update by the company that provides our codes that I hadn't properly prepared for, your codes should have come through now and should be back to being instant again in the future.

I purchased FM 2020 a few hours ago, my status reads as completed but my steam code is still pending. How long will this take and can you sort it out for me? If its going to take too long id rather cancel and buy direct from steam.

Hey, so sorry about that, it looks like we had some internal issues but it's been resolved now and you should have just received your code.
