I've done exactly this still nothing, does this include icon faces or should I put that inside the faces folder?

So, I go on fm20 after not being on it for a little, and i see everything is not there? by that i mean all my faces, logos kits etc that i downloaded have vanished on the game. still all installed in the proper places. and done the usual steps of clearing...
