How do I install the current database? It is an XML File.

How do I install the current database? It is an XML File.

Just put it in Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2020 / editor data. The game reads it in xml format

if you want the file in fmf format just load in editor and save it - auto saves as fmf so you will have have 2 versions of same file

Hey guys, i can't find the update data in new game.

as you can see i have put the .xml on the editor data folder,

then i have started a new game and activated the .xml on the database,

but then? I know I'm supposed to find something here now, but nothing.

You shouldn't see anything different in the page in the final screenshot. You should only see the changes once you start a new game. Check to see if any of the latest transfers have been effected in it.

You should also be able to load all the other editor data files at the same time as the live changes file without any issues.

now i'm confused. i was supposed that to see the latest transfers, i should be able to start the new game on the last available date of the update.

so how does it work?

Not sure what you mean, but this file gives you the latest transfers, though it does not change the starting date of the game.

I mean.. if I download the data update at this time, I will have the transfers until December 20, with a game starting in June.

Which is why I thought the game was supposed to start on a custom date.
