Hey, has anyone figured out how to get kits for Zebre/Juve working in the match engine in a save that was started in the Beta before kits/graphics installed?

I know the 'real names fix' can work with a new save but struggling to change the name to Juventus and get the kits working in an 'old' save

I don't believe it can be done, unfortunately, though I'd be delighted to be told I'm wrong...
