You don't need to post how he looks in game every time, the preview image works just as well.
Like I said for your other cut, there is no need to cut more than 2-3 pixels above or below the head. It is also important to maintain aspect ratio so that the face isn't stretched.
Can I ask what program and technique(s) you're using? It's best to make sure that your cuts are optimised for the time being before uploading them as completed cuts, because you aren't quite ready to do so just yet.
