issue with skin of the game

hi ,

i bought the FM touch edition to my computer , and i maked some mistakes when i tried to put add on like new skin and stuff and when i try to delete it to get the defulat skin i deleted the panels files from the doucments place , and since than the game is not good , the side bar is blanked and i tried to download the game for 3 timesand tried to install it and this is not going well , i added a pic and i hope someone will help me cause i dont know what to do

Thankfully this is very easy to rectify; you need to verify the integrity of the game cache from Steam. Watch the gif on this page - it may be from a different game but it's the exact process.
