Metallic logos problems FM19

I downloaded all of them, installed all of them using the instructions above and still most of the teams in-game have no new (original) logos.. just few teams like Barcelona, Juventus, Portsmouth, Borusia M'gladbach, Inter, Hull, Nott. Forest and few others has logos. what is the problem ?
Competitions, Nations, trophies and confederations + national flags all changed.. but not the club logos.

Then you will not have installed it properly somehow, I'm afraid. Let's have a screenshot of the folder the pack is in. Have you changed your preferences in-game?
