Hi,

there is no place to submit that!? i cant open a new topic etc.

are u telling me i need to wait for the transfer update in march for this to occur naturally?

If you took the time to read before posting, you would have seen that a moderator needs to approve submissions:

Anyway, he's been updated and the live update will include this amendment now

So some moderator checks a valid source for example transfermarkt and accepts your change?
he is still 2023 in my game...

You submit a suggestion to be changed, accompanied with a source confirming it. A moderator then approves the change submitted if it is real

he is still 2023 in my game...
These files only work if applied before starting a new game. Have you downloaded the latest version of the live update and started a new game?
