Hidden Attributes vs Ability (PA) and (CA)

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if that topic was discussed earlier if yes then I would be happy to get link to that topic, I couldn't find any. I don't know either if Im allowed to post it in this section (General FM Discussion) i could not find a better place for that.

My question concerns Hidden Attributes mainly in FM 2015 but i believe there was no major changes in further editions.

Does the hidden attributes are considered, during the calculation of PA and CA of the player ?

Does the changes in those attributes affect CA ? for example If I lowered 4 abilities from 15 to 1 other values will increase? I'm using FMRTE to change PA, CA, Attributes, Contract etc.
Yeah my English is uhm... not so good.

There isn't an exact answer for your question. Some attributes affect CA/PA but others don't. Additionally some attributes are weighted more heavily than others for certain position. In theory, if you decrease some attributes, you should be able to add to others, yes.
