I have created a premium membership to download the Cutout Faces Megapack directly. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. I have unpacked the RAR into the Documents/Football Manager 2020 Touch/graphics/megapack directory but the photos are not recognized despite deleting the cache and reloading the skin. The config file is in the directory. Alternatively, I installed the DF11 Facepack, everything worked out right here.
Does anyone have an idea why this might be?
I removed the DF11 Facepack again. Otherwise I only installed the Standard Logo Megapack from https://fm-base.co.uk/resources/standard-logo-megapack-for-fm20.2/.

Did you download the full megapack? How many cutouts are in the faces folder?

People who have issues sometimes end up having downloaded an update pack by mistake instead of the full pack, which is why I always ask.
If you download the latest update pack (released this morning) and insert the files into your current megapack folder, does that solve the issue? If not, can I have a screenshot of your preferences, a screenshot of the folder the megapack is in and one of a player who you would expect to have a face?
