1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other packs, DO Click 'Preferences'>'Interface'>'CLEAR CACHE then again click 'RELOAD SKIN' AS ALWAYS after downloading to folders.

In game these kits look quite blurry and not of the best quality, which is a bit disappointing for such a reputable league like La Liga.

EDIT: Also, sorry. In the same game, I noticed that Real Sociedad's players are wearing two different kits on the pitch at the same time! At first I assumed the man in black was the referee, but it's not; it's striker Willian Jose. As for your first issue, SS kits are displayed in the club profile, whereas the ones displayed on the players in-game are 3D kits. It is possible for these not to be the same due to an error by the respective kitmaker.
As for the other issue, I am completely bemused by that - may be worth reporting it to SI as it looks like a bug

Perhaps stakel84 got the SS Kits mixed up with the 3D kits?
I just checked and the third kit was included in the SS Kits, but missing in the 3D pack downloaded from this site, so I added it from last year's (season 18-19 for FM19) 3D pack and edited the config.xml.
