A thin squad with no real prospect in the pipeline. Just a few hundreds quid headroom for wages. Imposed a house rule that only players scouted by the Chief Scout or the DoF of his own accord can be signed.

2019/20 Pre-Season

Not expecting much from the Board this season, so will aim to rebuild the squad by drawing in some non-contracts and offloading some high-paid players if possible.

Won all but one friendlies, that only defeat was handed by the (currently) strongest team in the town. Still a decent scoreline for us though.

Decided to keep our formation and tactic simple, so adopted a traditional 4-4-2 with some minor tweaks on the left.

Signed up Howard Gayle as our Chief Scout. This is for us the most important as I can only rely on him and our DoF for new players.

Given the stringent wage budget, we are only able to sign up two free agents after my arrival based on the backroom staff's recommendation.

Have some high hope on DMC Romario Vieria, a Leeds academy product which seems over-matched at the 6th tier. Will pair with Ashby in the middle of the field.

All parts are in order, so let's kick start the 2019/20 season!
