With regards to changing photo, the database on this site is tied to the cut-out faces megapack. If you want to add or change a person's face, there is a request forum for this pack here in which you can submit a source image to be cut - make sure you read the rules before doing so.

As for the date of birth, I'm not sure it can be done in the live update, so you'll probably have to do it yourself in the pre-game editor

as Mons says the option to edit DOB is also available with in game editors too

Download the cut-out and place it in your megapack folder, then follow the steps outlined here to edit your config file so that you can see it in the game.

Or else you can wait a very short file for update pack 12.07 to be available for download which will contain that cut-out, alongside thousands of others, as well as an updated config file.

Like I told you a few days ago, "With regards to changing photo, the database on this site is tied to the cut-out faces megapack." Once the megapack is updated (very shortly hopefully), then the database will display the picture
