1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other packs, DO Click 'Preferences'>'Interface'>'CLEAR CACHE then again click 'RELOAD SKIN' AS ALWAYS after downloading to folders.

There are 3 possible solutions.
1 - you start new career using SSKCC file:

2 - you start new career using editor file that is provided in the pack with kits
3 - if you don't want to start new career, your only option is in-game editor, and you use it to edit kits & colors as described here:

SI made a third kit for Newport in-game, but it's based on an early concept of the kit realized in March 2019, so it's wrong as you can see. Maybe there's time for 3D, too?

This pack is now updated, probably the last time for this season. New in this version:
- new third kits for Middlesbrough, Newport and Stevenage. Editor file is updated as well, but if you play career in progress, you'll have to add third shirt with in-game editor to see these kits
- updated sponsors on several teams
- added some alternative versions, like 4th kit for some teams and Liverpool shirts with world cup badge

For me it´s showing. Did you clear the cache? Restart the FM? Unlock the third kit with ingame editor? And so on...

Also, did you edit kit file, renamed it or did something else? Are you using custom skin?

But did you start the career with editor file that was provided in the pack?

Are you sure you're not doing something else as well? Think. I'm asking because I noticed if you start the game with my editor file AND sskcc file for FM19 (that might have been used by mistake), that'll result with double entries in third kit files for exactly Lincoln, Maidenhead and Dorking.
Please show us the screenshot of one of those 3 clubs when opening third kit with in game editor.

It seems that using both my file and sskcc results in double entries for those 3 third kits. Try using only sskcc but check this file first with normal editor and see those problematic 3rd kits. If there are double shirts, remove them and leave only one.

Just tested this myself and this fixes it for the Dorking and Lincoln 3rd kits but not Maidenhead's. Checked the SSKCC file in the editor and everything looks fine to me? Strange one.

I also checked sskcc and Maidenhead 3rd kit is missing all together. A yellow shirt must be added and it should be all fine.

It seems that selecting different databases in editor and then when starting new game, in combination with (perhaps) different versions of sskcc file might give different results.
It still comes down to the fact that in-game editor is a must have, because it easily fixes such situations. Even more, since you never know what might come up after a season or two, that you didn't notice at start.

I have watched the video and used this previously to fix missing kits, however i am confused as to which bit i would have to change so that West Ham and other teams that i play away from home as Newcastle they appear to playing in their away kit as well as my team?

As in real-life, teams sometimes decide to use their away kit when not necessarily required, for commercial reasons, and I believe this is just FM's way of replicating this...
