It's not ideal, granted, but it's certainly acceptable enough for a 180x180 cut imo, especially as it's a missing person. There's nothing wrong with a 180x180 cut, though 250x250 is naturally preferable
@mons Then I would still cut it but may you list that as improvement afterwards?
