I’ve got all the latest transfer updates etc

Players like Pape Abou Cissé Aren’t in the game??

This is the entire Olympiakos squad. If they're not in your save game, it means that the database size and/or combination of leagues loaded is not large enough to capture them all.

select that nation as playable with a large DB

you can even custom it to show all players in that nation/league etc before you start a save
