@spix22, with sources as great as these, I don't see the need to have the final cut looking so blurry.
If you're using remove.bg, remember to first crop the area around the head (as per the attachment, for example). Since remove.bg's preview output is only around 500x500, this means that the quality of the face cut-out is still high whereas if you cut the whole image, the area of the face will be of a lower quality.
