Preferences on Steam are not available

Hello everyone,

Can someone help me with this issue, I am currently using the free version that is on steam and the preferences are not available (see picture)

You're on the preferences screen, what do you mean they're not available?

If you want other preferences, you can either choose the advanced tab in the top left corner or use the search function.

Can you see the picture? i have upload another one that shows the advance menu.

When i say they are not available i mean the majority of options. They are very limit even if I go to general or interface etc from top right. I m wondering if there is another way of sorting this out.

In the screenshot you posted there is a button titled most common in the top right corner. Click it and you'll get the full list of preferences.

yep but there is nothing relevant in any of the options also in the interface button
