If you collect the necessary resources such as photos of the respective kits and sponsors, you're much more likely, though by no means guaranteed, to see them get made...

I'm not a kitmaker myself, and I'm not committing to anything here, but it stands to reason that if kitmakers have good quality photos of the kits, as well as any logos and/or sponsors, then it'll be much more easier for them to consider making kits for that team and/or division
