Yeah, I did fruit picking for a month or so at one point and we saw a few brown snakes and killed a couple..

If they bite you you're dead within an hour if you dont get antidote from a hospital. Our farm was an hour and a half from the nearest hospital..

The problem with brown snakes is their known to be more aggressive than other species of snake.

So the old leave them alone and they'll go away advice doesn't always work.

So after hours and hours of waiting and tests they've ruled out a heart attack thank fuck. Apparently something has happened with his gallbladder and that's going to have to come out according to the doctor/surgeon.... Just relieved it's not as serious as first thought, but he'll be in hospital overnight and possibly for a few days.

Was that so you could get your 'work in a country town' shit done or just was the only job that came along?

It turns out my Uncle died of a sudden brain hemorrhage... that same thing that my Auntie died of 5 years ago. So the coroner has recommended all immediate family members have a scan. Not gonna lie, that's slightly scary if it's hereditary. Even my Granddads dad died of it when he was in his late 20's.
