Either you link to the page it's on using the url bb code or you link directly to the image using the img bb code

I recommend using imgur to upload image as it's much easier to link to them directly then it is when using tinypic.
What you have to do when using tinypic is to open the image itself in a new tab, copy the ensuing URL and using the picture button in the sortitoutsi reply box (CTRL+P) to post the image directly like I did above
On Imgur it's just a case of clicking the ellipsis (...) button and selecting the third option (i.e. bb code for forums), and paste it directly in here
