It is, without doubt, the funniest film I've seen in the last ten years. I say this with much thought, it almost rivals Airplane for laughs.


It's absolutely brilliant and underrated.

I agree about it being nearly as good as Airplane, it's got a bit of the Airplane humour in some parts.

I recently read rumours of a sequel, but I guess due to it's box office failure that won't likely happen.

Apart from it being unfunny, boring, far too long and having no direction, it's a decent film. I'll give you that.

Not my type of film given I have absolutely no interest in politics but the dialogue was witty and funny at times and Daniel Day-Lewis was superb. Other than that, though, it bored me to tears.

4/10. That's probably being kind.
