Modified from Original "FM16 Audio Commentary Patch". Removing the commentary and leaving the crowd sounds that are better than the original ones from the default game.

- How to install "Better Crowd Sounds for FM20":
1. Exit FM20 Completely
2. Backup files: " match_events.xml " & " match_sounds.cfg " (located: Steam/steamapps/common/Football Manager 2020/data/simatch/events)
3. Backup the file: " simatchviewer-pc.fmf " (located: Steam/steamapps/common/Football Manager 2020/data)
4. Extract and Replace the "Better Crowd Sounds for FM20" download here: " Steam/steamapps/common "
5. Launch Game, "Clear Cache" and then "Reload Skin" and you are set to go
Just make sure that "Use sound in match" is ticked and "Volume" slide is high enough so you can hear it.
DONE!

but, if is that + maybe the possibility to include Fan Chants - then it would be amazing
in the Video, it looks like just some atmosphere, but not really good...

I think you may need to put it through Google translator but as for how to get them working in-game ................that's beyond my capabilities.

for me, this "Better Crowd Sounds for FM20" is okay, but not good....

Hi there,
No i tried it, following the same procedure as in FM20 but it would crash on game load up page. I think this may be due to a conflict in the simatch folder / file. Probably best let the makers bring out a new one when they have a poke around. I luckily had saved my files elsewhere and so just swapped them back in and no harm was done.

you mean place the Simatch folder in FM21/ data and then put the Simatch FMF folder in data to overwrite the old folder?? I might be being a bit thick!! thanks for your help!

I don't have all of the folders like it says above. Do I add simatch / events folders and place the two simatch and simatchviewer-pc in there?
I have currently .... C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2021\data
Or does it just go in the data folder, backing up the two replaced ones first?
