Hello,

since May 26th I am looking for help due to my account problem. My Premium is not activated yet. I tried to get in contact via discord, facebook, twitter, Email finally yesterday via PM (@footygamer). Unfortunately i am still waiting for response. Who may help me to get for what i paid for?

Keep in mind that @Footygamer is, I believe, based in Australia, so he may simply not have seen your PM yet. I've tagged him here to be sure he's aware of it.

Anyone else reading this with the same issue 99% of these cases are because people have more than one account, if you are experiencing this issue and use multiple email addresses please make sure you don't accidentally have two accounts
