It is an effort to put them in game all at once, but most people will just slowly add them to ongoing career and change their own team and maybe a league they're playing in.
These kits will be packed in downloadable files, but those are meant for FM 21. If you use them for FM 20, you'll still have to change manually colors of away and third kits with in-game editor
