What cutting method are you using? There's a lot of similar snow in the hair of a lot of your cuts, which if you use remove.bg isn't present at all

No mons. If you rotatated the head, the neck is twisted. It's unnatural.
You should cut the neck and reposition it.

Not sure what you're doing on Photoshop then, because when I used remove.bg there was nowhere near that amount of snow in the hair
