You'll have to download the respective files again. I'm not sure what files you downloaded or why you removed the config files, because every pack will include the config file

I download the Megapack in my old Pc and work fine! I copy with USB to my new PC but is not work! The logos works! The faces not!

If you don't have the config file, then the faces can't work

When I download all the files, they will be in zip format! Which one will extract with WinZip? One of these?

Start with the first 12.00 rar, which should extract all the other 12.00 rars automatically since they're linked. After that, started with the 12.01 changes file, then the 12.02 one etc.
You'll have separate folders for each file. They should go in just one folder for faces, and another for iconfaces. Move them to your graphics folder, overwriting when prompted.
