You can get to know it yourself by saving a photo of the respective WBA kits, opening them with Paint and clicking the edit colors button in the menu at the top to see what values the RGB colours are

i spent about 3 hours doing the prem the other day, opend paint and found the colors, now iv given up and just gone for this file iv just found https://sortitoutsi.net/forums/topic/55893/ss-kit-colour-changes-for-english-leagues-20-21
