FM05-24 3D Kits

3D Kits are special kits designed to make the match engine look even better, with the players wearing customised and improved kits on the pitch.

 

These will only work with FM24 and earlier. They will not work with the most latest unity versions from FM26 onwards.

This looks like serious graphical error where kits are invisible, and you actually see skin color of players. Never saw such a thing. You sure you did not install other graphical stuff like custom skin?
The installation of kits is fairly simple, you unpack the zipped file so that you get this folder structure:
...documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics\3d kits\England levels 1-6 19-20

When you start your game you go to preferences and reload skin just in case. It's very important to remove perhaps last season packs from same folder that might clash. That's all.

If you use steam, try repair. If not, go for a clean reinstall.
