1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other packs, DO Click 'Preferences'>'Interface'>'CLEAR CACHE then again click 'RELOAD SKIN' AS ALWAYS after downloading to folders.

In addition, sleeve sponsors were updated on most Premier league teams.
As of today, all known kits are done in first 4 levels.

A question does not appear the images of the kits of 5 division onwards, is it like that or they have not added it yet?

Yeah for some reason the game has a 3rd kit on the clubs Info page so it shows the rubbish generic 3rd kits
Does the in game editor correct this by taking them out?

The problem is on my game Stevenage have a third kit In use on their club info screen but they don’t use a 3rd kit in real life so the game is showing a plain generic shirt which I can’t remove

You can't just download and dump 20/21 kits to a 19/20 season because most of away kits will have wrong colors and third kits will be either wrong or missing.
20/21 packs are supposed to be used in FM21. If you really want to use them in FM20, you have to do some manual editing.
You can either get and editor file that fixes colors - but this works only if you start a new game, and afterwards soon becomes outdated because new kits are released every day.
So you have to also do some manual editing by fixing colors yourself, and adding new third kits with in game editor, like shown in this video:

I have the latest kits in the club folder showing correctly but in the player pic it's shown an old kit, this is the same for all teams and players? It's show last years kits which are no longer on my system?

The kits in this file do not change the images of the kits in the player profile section - for those to change you need an updated '2d logos left' file. I have done one for the English leagues 1-4 and will try and upload later.
