Extract the 7z file (you may need winrar or 7zip) into your skins folder (this should be Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/skins).
If you don't have a skins folder, just create it, and make sure the steklo_x3 and steklo_x3fmc folder inside the 7z file is placed directly inside the skins folder, and not a subfolder of it.
If you've got a previous version, go back to the default skin, then delete the old steklo_x3 folders before installing the new version

Hi,
Please see the above picture.
I have a problem with the skin this year, unlike previous years, possibly due to a change of PCs. You can see the "Personal Details" box doesn't display all information, only national details are displayed, not contract info, value, height etc. as it should. Furthermore, the attributes box now has a slider on it so I can't see the bottom stat of each comment (technique etc.). I
This problem only occurs when the screen resolution is 1600 x 900. When 1368 x 768 the right info is displayed but the overall display is blurred and ugly, so not really an option to play in this resolution. Any idea a) what is causing the problem and b) how i can fix it?

The only thing I'm planning to do is fix a bug that was mentioned recently, other than that it's done.

i only have backgrounds for scottish teams & a background pack from fm12
i have checked the id's all match up correctly , now some of the backgrounds show up & some still have a background but it is the national stadium
this worked fully until i closed the game down earlier
does anyone have a fully working scottish background pack OR even just the xml file?
(first post so sorry if this is the wrong place for it)

I'm getting exactly the same thing. When I click the download link it displays a load of gobbledygook in the browser. There doesn't appear to be a way to download the file?

You were right Tom. Firefox was "throwing a wobbly" but when I tried in Internet Explorer the problem was solved. Thanks for your help.

Just a quick question. The drop down menus that exist seem to be transparent and they kind of get difficult to read with the text or names under them if you know what I mean. Any way to fix this?
Also when I reverted to the default skin, I noticed all the player attributes went white and impossible to read. Is this normal?

Inside steklo_x3\actions is a file called match actions.xml, delete it and reload the skin. I must have copied it across when I was making the skin and SI have changed the functionality since. I don't think I've changed it, so there's no need to keep it.
You need the base steklo_x3 skin. If you don't have that, the stadium mod version won't work.

To change the dropdowns means changing the images used to make them. The skin text issue is most likely because you're missing this file in your skins folder:
Just create a file called config.xml pop the following into it:

<!-- don't recurse the sub folders, as they are loaded separately in the settings manager -->
<boolean id="dont_recurse" value="true"/>
</record>
Save, then reload the skin (if that doesn't work, try restarting FM)

I think that's not a skin issue, depends on which one you use with your logo pack, flags or logos.

Also in the post-match analysis when it mentions the key players, the goals and assists of the two players are not clear. The assists are cut off partly.

Delete the logos from your graphics/pictures/logos- folder, and leave the flags there.
