The main part of the update is part 1 of the Italy refresh. Updates also for Thailand, Croatia, Scotland and many other nations. Plus small logos to replace flags as requested by @xp305q8 . Instructions for using these are included and are also added to the OP Installation Instructions.
Particular thanks this month to @AndreaSSL1900 for some major updates, and many miscellaneous updates from @atesz1996 (Romania and Hungary carried over to the next pack).

I'm still going through this and haven't done the updates yet. I can't see Gaeta in the provided pack. I just re-downloaded the first pack and did a search for the UID and nothing came up...

Ah ok, I see now. That UID is for an extinct club. This logo is in the pack under UID 43386001.

The current one is this. team name is old but UID is referred to the current team ASD Gaeta 2010

What version are you playing? I'll see what the FM21 database says when it comes out, but the FM20 editor lists 43036953 as extinct:

The FM21 database lists the club as extinct, and it's not in the game unless you use an add-on database, hence on the DB here it is not attached to a league. There are literally thousands upon thousands of clubs that are in the game, and they will be my priority before I even consider any focus on clubs that are not naturally included. I shouldn't need to defend that decision and I won't sit here and argue it. If the club is live in the FM21 database it will join the queue of clubs to be worked on.
