Three more things:
There are other stuff to keep in mind before resizing and cropping, such as rotating the image to have it upright and leaving only 2-3 pixels beneath the chin/facial hair, amongst other things listed in the thread I linked to.
Most if not all of these have been done already too, if you want to save yourself the time 😉
If you still want to upload them, don't do so individually. It would be much more efficient, quicker and easy for you to upload and easy for me to download if you uploaded them all together as a pack. Why give yourself much more work when the system is designed to assign them all to the right person if uploaded this way and save you all that time instead of uploading them individually?
