Looking at that link you’ve posted and I’m guessing it’s the collars you’re referring to, possibly the gap at the top of the head too?
Is there anything else I’d need to edit to have them included, a large portion of these pictures are replacing poorer ones I added to last years pack while I was still quite the novice and left a few dead pixels in, or new ones where there’s no existing image.
Please let me know and I’ll fix them, thanks.

There's more than a single issue with them, which is why I didn't outline them all.
Essentially, if a source is good and large enough, then 250x250 is preferable. In cases where the existing cut is recent, in 250x250 and of a good quality, then there is little point in providing a 180x180 cut-out, because it won't get added. We aim for quality, and so it's preferable for us to have a slightly older cut-out if it is of superior quality. More recent is not necessarily always better.
Cuts should only have 2-3 pixels between the bottom of the canvas and the bottom of the chin or facial hair, and the same distance between the top of the canvas and the top of the head or hair. I'm not going to get an inch tape out to measure them, but it's clear that there is a substantially larger distance at the bottom of your cuts. The focus of the cut should be the face, after all. Again, if the source isn't big enough, then consider whether it's worth cutting at all.
With the above in mind, all cuts must nonetheless have a collar. In cases where the neck is taller than usual or the collar is low, like 29217819 for instance, there is a technique outlined in the thread I linked you to, wherein you nudge the collar up a little so that this requirement is adhered to.
I'm afraid you'll have to re-cut them all from scratch if you want them to be taken into consideration for addition to the megapack. Cropping and upscaling the cuts from this pack in order to resolve the above issues will only result in blurry cut-outs which will probably be even less suitable. If you want to upload a couple of sources and respective cuts in the guide to cutting out thread to ensure you are on the right track, we'd be more than happy to give you feedback on your work

I left out the ones where the current ones are better quality and redid all of the others.
Most are scaled down to 250x250 except for some of the Under 18's where I couldn't find any good enough for higher than 180x180.
All of the 180x180 ones would be replacing poorer quality images of the same size or ones where there is no existing image at all.
Please let me know if these are better quality, thanks.
