@NedCorrigan, there wasn't any need to create an article. We have a dedicated cut-out megapack technical support thread for that very purpose and to try and keep some sort of order on the forums. I've already answered you there so will delete this article again shortly.

Ive looked but i see no direct answer to no faces folder being downloaded. So please tell me where i can find the answer for that since its too much to just add it here.
