Have a few leagues loaded on 'view only' but the top divisions of France, Germany, Italy, Scotland and Spain have full detail. Also added players from North/South America and Africa.
Plan is to try and give as many of our younger players a fair chance over time, naturally not straight away as wanna keep my job! Below is the formation I'll be using, served me fairly well during the beta and hopefully that will carry (though its not usually the case).

Two poor results to end the month, both results against the run of play and undeserved defeats. May need to make a tactical change to our attacking play as Lacazette's yet to score in 5 starts. In other news Pepe is out for the season ffs.

Awful month of football from us, my tactic from the beta is certainly not cut out for the full version. Not really a massive surprise as happens every year, just annoying after making one that was successful. At least Lacazette finally got back on the scoresheet and in the Europa League we've been drawn against PSV, Standard Liege and Dinamo Tbilisi.

Shame about the United game. xG most certainly in your favour there, must have missed some very good chances? 9 shots on target as well.

XG is worse than clear cut chances, I don't won't to know that my team should have won the game easily or that the opposition should never have even scored let alone win.
Have also noticed how if you're winning a game at half time/second half, your opponents have the ability to switch to 2008 Barcelona mode if they feel like it...

Press Alt+S to take a screenshot, this will save a picture in Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\screenshots
Open the picture in paint or photo's (if on windows 10) and use the crop feature to select just the part you wish to use if not all of it.
Then upload to imgur.com, once uploaded right click on the image select 'copy image address'. Then come back here and use the little photo tab to 'insert image'
Is much easier than all that probably makes it look.

Still hanging onto my job somehow, thought the save was lost last night when saving/closing but sadly its still playable 😀

We didn't lose and we didn't concede, I'm saying no more for fear of cursing the whole of next month.

Ended up just about keeping keeping my job due to victory in our final game of the season, the Europa League final! We actually went on a brilliant run during April/May but we was so far behind the rest of the teams we couldn't even make Europe through the league. This was mainly down to me, could have easily strengthened the team during January but refused to do so because as I said at the start I want to give the youngsters a go. Lacazette barely featured in the second half of the season due to me promoting Balogun to the first team. Injuries were a problem also, with Pepe missing all but the final couple of games of the season (also couldn't play in Europa league as not in squad), Auba missing a couple of months and Leno and Partey both out for the final few games of the season.
Transfer wise I'll be looking to sell Guendouzi, Torreira, Lacazette, Kolasinac, Willian, Mari and Cedric. Cabellos' loan will not be renewed so Miguel Azeez has been promoted from the u23's. As for players coming in I'll possibly be looking at another CB, though of course Saliba will be back after going out on loan so not too sure on that yet. We've £120m in the bank before player sales this summer so could easily go out and bring in a load of known superstars, but that is something I definitely won't be doing!
I guess overall when I look at the strength of the team I was usually putting out and where we are in real life It probably wasn't too bad a season.

Got a bit carried away and have played 3 months, results have been fairly good with some ridiculous wins thrown in. Signed no one during the summer as was happy with what I had, Willian has proved impossible to sell though.

Will post some more results tonight including the January signing of a new (English) keeper for a world record fee.

Aaron Ramsdale will join from Sheff Utd at the end of the season, decided they could keep him as are currently top of the Championship and don't wanna ruing promotion for them. Fee could rise to £83m.
