1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other packs, DO Click 'Preferences'>'Interface'>'CLEAR CACHE then again click 'RELOAD SKIN' AS ALWAYS after downloading to folders.

is it only Newell's not working, what about other team working ?
you sure you put in the right place in folder with this pack?
make sure - unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences?

did you know that already relinked a few hours ago...
go remove your pack, and download again, make sure reload skin ok

* Gimnasia LP no have third kit ingame yes have.
* Newell away and third they are not visible. Third in your pack is away and alternative for newells is a third actually.
* Rosario Central 3 away-->third config.xml

* Union 3 away-->third config.xml

I just re-downloaded and installed (to make sure I had the most recent version). Regarding the above issues:
Colon 3rd not showing
Gimnasia 3rd not showing
Newell's - away and 3rd not showing
Talleres - no 3rd (but also no 3rd kit set in in-game, so not a problem)
Independiente - no 3rd
Estudiantes IS displaying for me (home, away and 3rd)
Rosario IS displaying for me (home, away and 3rd)
Union IS displaying for me (home, away and 3rd)
Additionally there were a few away and 3rd kits that I had to switch to match the kits in pre-game editor. (Defensa, Huracan, Racing)

(you have to start a game)
or you can do yourself with "ingame editor" (for your save game)
