Unable to load Facepack, skins, etc

I am currently trying out the FM 20 Demo. I wanted to start out by saying I have all of my FM related stuff downloaded in my documents, but also on OneDrive. I've never used OneDrive and didn't realize when I downloaded everything it synced to there. Could that be my problem? Can I delete it all off of OneDrive without it deleting from my documents as well?

I've downloaded all the packs I needed, cleared cache, etc.

One drive shouldn't be causing a problem so can delete from there to save your space.

Make sure your folder location is set correct https://community.sigames.com/faq/football-manager-2020/238_how-to/241_pc/how-to-change-the-sports-interactive-folder-location-r855/

You can use whatever you want depending on where you keep all your files.

I'll try and post up some pictures later but not at computer at moment.

Paid to subscribe as I really wanted the face packs, downloaded the whole thing, one drive isn’t syncing the files and I don’t know how to correct it as I have no facepacks on my saves, I’ve followed the setup as I do every year but still nothing, help please

Can you post in the technical support thread for the facepack you've downloaded, including screenshots of the location you've installed the file in and of the facepack folder itself?
