I did think that when I found it, it's just so hard to find any decent pictures of him with his hair tied back while he's looking at the camera! Thanks anyway

I really don't understand the decision making with some of these cut outs. This is in no way shape or form an improvement, if anything it looks so much worse because of how zoomed out it is to accommodate his hair, especially when it's alongside other players' faces.

The facepack is meant to represent what players looks like. That means we must include the latest image when there is a noticable change in hairstyle or facial hair. If we don't do that, the pack would quickly be outdated.
In instances like this, where the hair is quite large, we have to zoom out to accommodate that. Same goes for people with long beard. I agree that it looks worse when it's zoomed out, but we don't choose his hairstyle ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ

In addition to what @krissmed says, you are free to use either rekooner's or Parker's cuts. As far as I'm concerned, a cut doesn't look right with some of the person's hair cropped out, and I prefer to have the whole hairstyle visible. Of course, I agree it's not ideal and if it were up to me, hairstyles like this would be banned in generalā¦
