Mons edit: I've changed the link; please link directly to the image rather than the page in future, it's quicker for everybody I'm not too sure it'll result in an improvement, either. It's from the UEFA site though, so somebody might be able to source a more high-res version.

I did the Steve McCall one back in December as part of a Championship mixpack (http://sortitoutsi.net/forums/topic/363/facepacks-release-thread/page/26) but it looks like it missed both subsequent updates. Since its not a controversial improvement, just wanted to check that the rest of that pack had not been overlooked.

I thought I had added them and distinctly remember the file being released. I will check them again and include them if necessary
